Plan A is secure payment through Paypal - this includes multiple sorts of plastic and eChecks in a pleasing variety of currencies.

Plan B is a check or money order, but we won't ship until the cold hard cash is safe and sound in the bank. Email us for more details about where you can send your money

2. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated as a percentage of your merchandise total.

$0 - $9.99 = 10%

$10.00 - $34.00 = 19%

$34.01 - $71.99 = 16%

$72.00+ = 15%

Your goodies ship from Portland, OR with UPS. That means no P.O. Boxes. Drop us a line if you need to make other shipping arrangements.

3. International Shipping

We welcome international orders - please contact us for shipping rates to places outside of the USA.

4. Out of Stock items

If you've ordered an item which is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Then you've got three options:

1.You may choose another item and we'll work out the difference in price.

2. You can hold a store credit for up to one year.

3. You can get a refund.

5. Pre-Ordered Items

We do small production runs, and these goodies sell out quick. The best way to avoid disappointment is to pre-order an item. When you pre-order something, we're sure to reserve one just for you and we'll ship it as soon as we get our lil mitts on it.

6. Returns

Choose wisely, grasshopper. Hell's Belles does not accept returns or exchanges. Our organizational skills are already challenged, and a higgeldy-piggeldy stock room could be enough to cause full-blown chaos. From which we might never recover. . . Exceptions for the rare defective item which sneaks past our quality controllers.
